We offer flexible delivery options. Delivery times will depend on your location, but you can choose a convenient delivery date and time at checkout. Please note that the maximum time for delivery scheduling is 3 days only.
Delivery fees vary depending on your location and the size of your order. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your order.
Same-day delivery is available only for orders placed before 1pm. All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next day.
If you miss the delivery when sent out, please contact us immediately to reschedule. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery requests.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the delivery notification. We'll do our best to investigate the issue and locate your package.
