At 24Cart, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, we're here to make it right as quickly as possible. This policy explains how to return items and request a refund when necessary.

We accept returns only for damaged or spoiled items within 6 hours of delivery. If your order is incorrect or the product is defective, please contact us immediately at try24cart@gmail.com or call +2347073769240.
Refunds are issued only if the items are out of stock, damaged, or not delivered as promised. Once returned item(s) are confirmed to meet the criteria, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
For missing items, while we strive to deliver and pack all orders with care, in the rare event of an item being missing, we address the issue within 5-14 hours. Delivery fees will also be refunded if the error is on our end.
Due to the nature of some of our products, perishable goods (like fresh food) cannot be returned unless they meet the criteria outlined above.
Currently, we don't offer exchanges. However, if you'd like a different item, you can always return your original item(s) if it meets our return policy requirements and make a new order.
